Whale Watching on the Cat Balou
The wonderful Sapphire Coast has it all. You can choose to do nothing or you can go whale-watching (in season), swim and relax on beautiful Cocora Beach, fish, try deep sea fishing or diving, go boating, sailing or kayaking. You can take a helicopter or scenic light plane to view the area from above or visit historic places of interest such as the Eden Killer Whale Museum, Boyd's Tower, the Davidson Whaling Station and much more.
Try a round of golf; there are three courses in the area. Bushwalking, writing or painting may interest you. There are wonderful national parks and pristine beaches to explore.
Eden and the surrounding areas offer some of the finest dining on the Sapphire Coast. We recommend Wheeler's Seafood Restaurant and Oyster Farm. We also recommend visiting the Eden Visitor Information Center website for more information about Eden. For other accommodation on the South Coast we recommend you visit http://stayz.com.au/accommodation/nsw/south-coast
